This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from https://www.vitaaion.com.  and it's valid only for USA Customers inside USA

What does this limited warranty cover?

 

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the first 45 days Period, VITAAION™ will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves a defect because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. at no charge after our experts inspection.

After the 45 Days Period, VITAAION™ still will repair or replace  you products or parts of your products that proves a defect because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, but a Processing fees applies each time you submit a claim as the following :

 *Each claim per product consists of corresponding warranty fees.

As follows: 

1-Magnetic VITAAION™ Product Priced as $79.00-$148.99 MSRP consist of $19.99

2-Magnetic VITAAION™ Product Priced as $149.00-$248.99 MSRP consist of $39.99,

3-Magnetic VITAAION™ Product Priced as $249.00-$348.99 MSRP consists of $54.99

4-Magnetic VITAAION™ Product Priced as $349.00 & above MSRP will consist of $69.99

 

 

What will we do to correct problems?

 

If it's a manufacture defect and it's within the 45 days of purchase, VITAAION™ will either repair the Product or replace it at no charge.

If it's after 45 days of purchase VITAAION™ will either repair the product or replace it, using new or refurbished replacement parts, but a processing fees applies each time you submit a claim as explained above.

 

How long does the coverage last?

 

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from VITAAION™ is a life-time Warranty from the date of purchase.

 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: Discoloration and Lost Products. If you want to exchange your bracelet for a brand new one, a deductible processing fee will be applied as it was explained above earlier. Please contact support@vitaaion.com for more information.

What do I have to do now?

To obtain warranty service, you must first Register  your product on the Product Registration Page.

 

How to submit an accidental warranty claim?

 

If your product needs to be repaired, follow the following steps:

*Note: Processing fees applies every time you submit a claim as mentioned above

 

1-To Submit a Warranty Claim follow the link below, Click Here to Submit a VA Warranty Claim,

once we receive your info and approve it after reviewing it, then we will send you an email with a link which will direct you to pay the processing fee base on your Product as explained above.     

2-After we receive your payment, do the following:

When you ship the bracelet back please make sure to do the following in order to replace your damaged bracelet:

B. Include full name and complete address of where to ship the new/fixed or bracelet being exchanged.

C. Provide a general description of the problem.

D. Provide the best contact number in case a representative needs to contact you.

E. Use a padded envelope, any size will do.

F. For your security, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

G. Once we receive it we will send you an email to notify you that we've received it.
